Dear Friends of The Colorado Springs School,

Founded in 1962, The Colorado Springs School (CSS) is a beacon of education and community in the Pikes Peak region. CSS plays a vital role in shaping the future leaders of our community as the only PreKindergarten through Grade 12 independent day school in our area. As a nonprofit, CSS relies on the generosity of our community to ensure the best for our students and families.

We invite our CSS community and the broader Pikes Peak region to be a part of The Kodiak Derby & Auction, our largest fundraising event of 2025. The event will be a derby-themed celebration held at The View at Kissing Camels on Saturday, May 3, 2025, featuring a fun-filled night with dinner, dancing, and entertainment. Here's how you can make a difference:

• Donate an Auction Item: Consider contributing to our auction by donating an in-kind item.

Last year, the Annual Gala & Auction raised more than $188,000, contributing significantly to our Annual Fund. This year, we aim to raise $200,000 toward our Kodiak Pride Fund (formerly Annual Fund).

CSS is dedicated to providing an exceptional academic curriculum grounded in experiential learning. Through superior academics and mentoring we prepare students to think independently and to meet the challenges of a dynamic world with leadership, ingenuity, problem-solving skills, and personal integrity.
