We proudly announce that CSS Alumnus Landon May '23 has been awarded The Sallie Wright Harrison Poetry Award at Hampden-Sydney College for his poem "Homeward in Late April."
Established in 1998 by a Hampden-Sydney College alumnus from the class of 1972, this award honors Mrs. Sallie Wright Harrison’s passion for poetry and teaching. The endowed fund aims to encourage and celebrate the poetic talents of current Hampden-Sydney students.
