Students from Lower School through Upper School participated in Dance on Paper, as the Louisa Performing Arts Center was transformed into an art studio. With special lighting and stage adjustments, the space provided an experience typically reserved for art school students.
The Colorado Springs School partners with Ormao Dance Company each year to offer students the opportunity to practice figure drawing with live models, helping them better understand concepts like line, weight, movement, and gesture. It's yet another way CSS integrates experiential education into classrooms and beyond.
